uButler is a service that offers a 24/7 digital relocation service to Global Employees who need to find their way in a new country. Our Relocation Assistants, who work under the alias 'Sophie', help these people to make their relocation as smooth as possible. From opening a new bank account or taking out health insurance to arranging personal matters, such as finding a house or choosing a suitable hobby. Our local knowledge, service orientation and drive, in combination with a smart system, ensures that Global Employees have completely found their way in their new environment within a few weeks! As a Sales manager you will be the fully-dedicated sales person at uButler, which means that apart from your core job of bringing new business you will also be charged with building the sales position.

Your main goal will be to close deals and manage this whole process. You will be working together with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contact companies that might be interested. Afterwards, you will be having meetings with the potential client in which you will explain our product and get a better understanding of the specific company’s situation. You will listen carefully and analyse the situation to determine the best next steps to get this client on board.

Apart from these tasks, you will be working together with the Senior Sales Manager to optimize the sales position. By analyzing the sales funnel and the relevant metrics, you will discover what improvements can be made to get more deals.

Job requirements

What do we ask from you?

  • 2-4 years of professional work experience in new business development with a solid record of closing deals.

  • Preferably experience with selling B2B services

  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable with reaching out to people.

  • You are ambitious, are excited about our service and have an internal drive to bring the company success

  • You fit in an informal organization and can handle a lot of responsibility

  • Native in Dutch and fluent in English

  • You live in Amsterdam or surrounding area
