uButler is a service that offers a 24/7 digital relocation service to Global Employees who need to find their way in a new country. Our Relocation Assistants, who work under the alias 'Sophie', help these people to make their relocation as smooth as possible. From opening a new bank account or taking out health insurance to arranging personal matters, such as finding a house or choosing a suitable hobby. Our local knowledge, service orientation and drive, in combination with a smart system, ensures that Global Employees have completely found their way in their new environment within a few weeks! Are you the new link in this technical and innovative start-up?

As an Account Manager you will get the best out of our existing partnerships. You make sure that the cooperation with our account is brought to a higher level. You will map out the accounts needs and can anticipate them.

You will be the main contact person for our accounts. One of your main tasks will be to translate accounts needs into concrete action plans. You constantly come up with ways to expand the partnerships by thinking of new business opportunities. You do by having regular meetings with accounts to get a better understanding of those needs. Also, you are making sure our accounts keep having a positive vibe with uButler by solving any potential issues.

In addition, you will be charged with the task of building the account manager position. You will analyze the current process and constantly think of potential improvements. You can use all your creativity in doing so.

Job requirements

What do we ask from you?

  • 2-4 years of professional work experience in a similar position

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • You are ambitious, are excited about our service and have an internal drive to bring the company success

  • You fit in an informal organization and can handle a lot of responsibility

  • Native in Dutch and fluent in English

  • You live in Amsterdam or surrounding area
